By visiting, registering, accepting an Offer, or obtaining any services or digital content on the Platform, you (“User” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – “General Terms”) and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree to these General Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
You must be of the legal age of majority in your country or state. If you are under the legal age but at least 13 years old, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that your parent or guardian has consented to this Agreement. If you are under 13 years old, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
- “Platform” – the web platform located at www.tradezonecs2.com.
- “User” – any individual who uses or accesses the Platform.
- “Customer” – a User who accepts an Offer and makes an Order and/or obtains services or digital content on the Platform. By becoming a Customer, the User agrees to be legally bound by the Terms of Service for Customers.
- “Coach” – highly skilled players who work with or through our Platform to offer in-game assistance, coaching, and related services. All services and pricing are created and managed by us.
- “Services” – various forms of in-game assistance, such as coaching or challenge completion, provided by Coaches.
- “Price” – the cost of the Services as shown on the Platform.
- “Offer” – a proposal or listing of Services available to Users on the Platform.
- “Order” – a Customer’s acceptance of the Offer.
- “Warranty period” – the timeframe during which the Customer can raise issues with the completed Order and request modifications or price adjustments.
2. About these General Terms
2.1 These General Terms, along with the Terms of Service for Customers and/or Terms of Service for Coaches (as applicable), collectively form the complete agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Trade Zone CS2 Ltd. They supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
2.2 By using the Platform or indicating consent, you confirm that you agree to be bound by the entire Agreement, including these General Terms, the Terms of Service for Customers, and/or Terms of Service for Coaches.
2.3 You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance, or warranty not outlined in the Agreement.
2.4 The General Terms, alongside the Terms of Service for Customers and/or Terms of Service for Coaches, detail the conditions under which you may use the Platform and define the relationship between you and Trade Zone CS2 Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2.5 The Platform is provided by Trade Zone CS2 Ltd, a company registered in the Czech Republic under registration number 777777, with its address in Praga, Czech Republic.
2.6 All rights to use the Platform remain with Trade Zone CS2 Ltd. These rights are neither sold nor transferred; you are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Platform in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
2.7 We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform if you fail to comply with these General Terms or any applicable law.
3. Platform Usage
3.1 The Platform enables interactions between Customers seeking in-game coaching or assistance and qualified Coaches, with an emphasis on providing skilled support for online games.
3.2 The Offers presented on the Platform are based on common user requests and developed by us.
3.3 All in-game Services are offered through the Platform and performed by Coaches approved by Trade Zone CS2 Ltd.
3.4 By accessing the Platform, you receive a non-exclusive license to use its functionality for your personal, lawful purposes.
3.5 Communication between the Customer and the Coach is facilitated and closely managed by the Platform to ensure a secure and consistent experience.
3.6 You are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you incur through the use of the Platform, including the cost of any services, hardware, software, or internet access.
3.7 We do not guarantee that the Platform is appropriate or accessible in every location. You access and use the Platform at your own discretion and must ensure compliance with all local laws.
3.8 Use of the Platform requires adherence to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3.9 You must not misuse the Platform by introducing malicious code (viruses, trojans, etc.) or by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or connected systems.
3.10 We reserve the right to limit or deny access to the Platform if we believe you have breached any aspect of this Agreement.
4. Registration and Password Security. Data Protection
4.1 Certain features of the Platform may require registration.
4.2 You must not share your gaming or Platform account details with third parties.
4.3 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us at support@tradezonecs2.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4.4 You must provide accurate and complete registration information. If false or inaccurate data is provided, or if we suspect the information is false or incomplete, we may block or remove your account.
4.5 We may access account information on the Platform, including communications, for oversight and moderation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.6 You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other security details. We may require you to change your password if we suspect a breach of security.
4.7 Any personal data you provide will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy. This policy describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share personal data and outlines your data protection rights.
4.8 While we strive to ensure security on the Platform, we are not obligated to monitor or ensure the confidentiality of non-personal information that you may submit.
5. Infringing Content
5.1 Upon receiving proper notification, we will make reasonable efforts to:
- Remove accounts used in breach of this Agreement.
- Delete or restrict access to content that is inappropriate, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
5.2 If you believe that any content or material published on the Platform is defamatory, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or is otherwise unlawful, please contact us immediately in accordance with clause 16 of these General Terms.
6. Ownership, Use, and Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Trade Zone CS2 Ltd holds all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including (but not limited to) text, images, videos, audio content, software, and other materials.
6.2 We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights other than those explicitly stated.
6.3 You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any intellectual property or proprietary notices contained on or within the Platform.
6.4 You further agree not to publish, store, or distribute Platform materials in ways that violate third-party rights or applicable law. We assume no responsibility for such violations by users.
6.5 The trademark “Trade Zone CS2” belongs to Trade Zone CS2 Ltd. Other mentioned brands or trademarks belong to their respective owners. We have no official affiliation with any such owners (including, but not limited to, Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, or Valve) unless stated otherwise.
6.6 You are prohibited from using the “Trade Zone CS2” trademark without prior written consent from Trade Zone CS2 Ltd.
7. Accuracy of Information and Availability of the Platform
7.1 While we endeavor to ensure the Platform is accurate and current, we do not guarantee it will meet your requirements, be without errors, or operate without interruption.
7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice.
7.3 Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
7.4 We cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be available or free from interruptions.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 All Orders are subject to availability. If a Service becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may cancel your Order and provide a full refund.
9. Our Responsibility to You
9.1 If we breach the Agreement or act negligently, we are liable only for foreseeable damages directly resulting from such breach or negligence.
9.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any other damage not directly attributable to our actions.
9.3 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services on the Platform.
9.4 We are not responsible for any failure to comply with this Agreement where circumstances are beyond our reasonable control.
9.5 The limitations in this clause do not limit or exclude liability for any matters that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10. No Third-Party Rights. Transfer of Rights
10.1 This Agreement does not give any rights or benefits to any entity other than you and Trade Zone CS2 Ltd.
10.2 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another organization without prior notice, provided it does not adversely affect your rights.
10.3 You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
11. Variation of Terms
11.1 No changes to this Agreement are valid unless in writing and authorized by us.
11.2 We reserve the right to update these General Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept any revised Agreement.
12. Complaints
12.1 If you have a complaint about the Platform or our Services, please contact us at support@tradezonecs2.com. We will attempt to resolve any dispute quickly and efficiently.
13. Disclaimer
13.1 Except where prohibited by law, the Services that we directly provide (technical support and platform functionality) are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
13.2 We make no representations or warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations.
13.3 The Platform and its services are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by game developers or publishers (including Blizzard Entertainment, Bungie, Electronic Arts, and others). All references to third-party trademarks are for identification purposes only.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These General Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of any consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
14.2 If you reside in the EEA or Switzerland, you may utilize the online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to address any disputes.
15. Dispute Resolution (TradeZoneCS2 Arbitration)
15.1 Users must first contact customer support at support@tradezonecs2.com for assistance with any concerns or disputes related to purchases or services.
15.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you may submit a formal dispute by providing relevant transaction details, supporting documents, and a clear explanation of the problem.
15.3 The Platform will respond within 10 business days and may request additional information if necessary.
15.4 If the dispute remains unresolved, you may request escalation to management. The final decision rests with the Platform’s management, but users reserve the right to seek independent arbitration or legal remedy. All disputes are subject to Czech law.
