Refund Policy

Refunds on the Trade Zone CS2 platform are completed in two steps:

  1. Refund to Your Website Balance
    The refunded amount will first be credited to your Trade Zone CS2 account balance. If you wish, you can use these funds for another purchase by selecting “account balance” as the payment method.
  2. Return to Original Payment Method
    If desired, the balance amount can then be returned to your original payment source. Please note that processing may take up to 96 business hours (from the moment our support team creates a refund ticket at your request) within our payment system.

When Can You Request a Refund?

You may request a refund from your Trade Zone CS2 balance in the following situations:

  • Order Cancellation: Your order was canceled.
  • Poor Service Quality: The service provided by a booster was extremely unsatisfactory (we will conduct a thorough investigation, and you will receive our final decision afterward).
  • Change of Mind: You decided not to spend money on services listed on the website (if the order has already started, a partial refund may be made according to the current progress).
  • Arbitration Decision: If a dispute ticket was raised by one of the parties and our Arbitration Team ruled for a refund (full or partial).

To request a refund, please contact our Support Team using the “I need help” option on your order page or via the Trade Zone CS2 website chat.

Please note: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to initially investigate any submitted arbitration ticket.


Refund to Your Original Payment Method — Important Rules

  • Same Source Requirement
    We can only return funds to the same bank/PayPal account used for your original payment.
  • Full or Partial Refund
    You can request either a full or partial refund. However, most payment systems only support full refunds; partial refunds are offered by a limited number of major providers, such as PayPal. Trade Zone CS2 has no ability to change this.
  • Partial Refund Limitations
    If you initially replenished your Trade Zone CS2 balance and spent only a portion—or if our Arbitration Team only partially returned your money after a dispute—then only a partial refund is possible. If your payment provider does not support partial refunds, that option will be unavailable. Nevertheless, any remaining funds will stay in your Trade Zone CS2 account balance and can be used on the website at a later time.
  • Refund Status Inquiries
    We only consider inquiries about the status of your refund to the original payment method after 96 business hours have passed. Once processed, it may take 1 to 14 business days for the funds to reach your personal bank account (for card payments). The exact timeline depends on the specific payment system and is beyond Trade Zone CS2’s control.
  • No Additional Commission
    We do not apply any extra commission to refunds to your original payment method. You will receive exactly the amount you originally paid. If a commission was charged by your payment system at the time of your transaction (e.g., by a bank or PayPal), it is also returned in the event of a refund.
