- Payment information that the user provides when conducting transactions on our website, in line with the guarantor and transaction safety provisions of the User Agreement. This includes payment amount, transaction date and reference, and any contact details required to identify a payment. We do not store details of your bank cardsor any other payment system data you may use.
- Identity documents may be requested if a user loses access to their Trade Zone CS2 account or in the event of a dispute among users. We may request a photocopy, scan, or photo of an official ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) to verify account ownership or registration data.
2. When Does Trade Zone CS2 Collect and Process Personal Data?
The primary reason for requesting your personal data is that it may be required in order for us to provide services, enable full functionality of the website, process transactions, withdraw funds from your Trade Zone CS2 wallet to external payment systems or bank accounts, and to send personalized emails and other communications.
We collect personal data at several points:
- When you visit and browse the website, your IP address is recorded. This step is necessary to prevent fraud and enhance security and performance. Such data is typically erased after nine (9) months, in accordance with requirements of certain payment systems.
- When posting messages in the chat area, all message history is stored. This is necessary to improve service quality, facilitate cooperation between buyers and sellers (or coaches), and ensure compliance with our rules.
- When you create a new account, we store the personal data you provide (e.g., email address, social network profile, username).
- When you change your profile, we update this data in our database.
- When placing an order, additional personal information may be required for certain payment methods (e.g., Visa/MasterCard) such as first name, last name, address, country, city, phone number, and postal code—depending on the requirements of the payment system. These details are stored in our database, but we do not have access to your credit card or other sensitive payment data; such information is processed by the respective payment providers.
- After making a purchase, if you provide additional in-game details (e.g., server or character name) through the “Order Details” form, this data is also stored to expedite the service process.
- For Sellers (Boosters/Coaches): We may require personal information (e.g., address, full name, email, phone number, username, birth date, passport copy) to verify identity and ensure platform security. Payment details (e.g., phone number, name, surname, bank card number) may also be needed to facilitate withdrawals and meet payment system requirements.
All user data is processed and stored in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. Trade Zone CS2 Ltdserves as the data controller for storing and processing personal data.
3. Where and How We Store and Process Personal Data

We may also provide user data to law enforcement agencies given a valid and properly documented request. To facilitate user interactions, we may display the following information publicly:
- Your username (nickname)

- Number of transactions and the completion rate for those transactions
Data you voluntarily provide in your personal profile or share with a seller/coach during a transaction is not governed by this Privacy Policy once posted publicly. You bear sole responsibility for such information. Furthermore, sharing personal contact details directly with another user may result in your account being restricted under our User Agreement. However, we protect the confidentiality of all in-site communications between buyers and sellers through encrypted channels and internal moderation.
