Platform errors result in incorrect transactions (e.g., failed delivery, system glitches).

1.2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

The transaction was completed voluntarily.

You provided incorrect trade URLs or payment details.

The refund request is made after 14 days.

The request is based on market price changes.

2. How to Request a Refund

2.1. Submission & Required Information

To request a refund, email help@tradezonecs2.com with:

Your account details (username, registered email, Steam Trade URL).

Transaction details (transaction ID, screenshots).

Reason for the refund, including any supporting evidence.

2.2. Processing Time

Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method or your marketplace balance.

Additional verification may be required for unauthorized transactions.

3. Refund Policy Decisions

Refunds are assessed case by case.

Refunds may be denied if the request does not meet eligibility or appears fraudulent.

All refund decisions are final.
